TCB1:  The Tail Count Blocker is an add-on to the Copycounter 4.

• Save money: prevent a false count being generated by the trailing edge of the last copy in the shingle stream before a gap in the stream. Lots of stream gaps = lots of false counts = shortage of product at stacker =  need to over-run = wasted extra copies = wasted money.
