Cash with order:
Payment by cheque:
Please contact us for our company details and a pro forma invoice.
Do not send your cheque before ensuring that our stock levels are sufficient to satisfy your requirements.
Shipment of goods from stock will leave SSC on the next working day unless otherwise notified.
Payment by online banking:
Please contact us for our company and bank details and a pro forma invoice.
Goods will be shipped the next working day after the money has been transferred.
Please check that our stock levels are sufficient to satisfy your requirements before transferring the payment.
Payment by account:
An account may be set up with SSC on presentation of your company details. We do not require references as we prefer to use credit reporting agencies to assess the risk.
We will allow a credit limit that we believe to be in the interest of both parties based on the credit report.
Each invoice on account must be paid within 30 days from the date the invoice was issued. We do allow 5 extra working days for small companies that employ temporary accounts staff. If you are likely to be late with a payment please contact SSC and explain.
Failure to make payment within the 30 days will incur the penalty of reducing the credit limit of the account by £250 per week per invoice outstanding.
Payments made to clear invoices within the 30 days are rewarded by increasing the credit limit by £500 to a limit of an extra £2000 before we contact you to establish your credit requirements.
Invoices outstanding beyond 90 days are automatically regarded a “bad debt” and transferred to a debt collection agency for recovery.
Warranty:
All warranties offered include parts and labour but may require a charge for postage and packaging. We do not cover neglect, damage or incorrect use/installation.
Please contact us to arrange for warranty repair. Parts need to be returned to the SSC company address.
Under some circumstances we can offer a “swap”, part for part. Please check with SSC if this is what you need. It will depend on stock levels. It will also depend on the condition of the part you are returning.
